Are you our new purchasing assistent? UXV Technologies is looking for a skilled purchasing assistent who can manage the company’s supply chain. We are looking for a structured and energetic purchasing assistent with substantial experience within supply chain management.
Do you want to work with technical purchasing, where negotiating techniques and an uncompromising attitude to price, quality, and supply contracts are on top? The job requires a frequent, systematic, and determined effort. Beyond this, you will be responsible for the ongoing purchase orders. You should also be able to communicate deviation of prices, delivery times, etc., to relevant stakeholders.
Your primary tasks will typically be:
- Handling the daily technical purchase orders, requests, and follow-up.
- Planning and coordination in connection with sales and production.
- Order management from production to delivery.
- Project purchase for prototypes.
- Manage relations with new and existing suppliers.
Experience and qualifications:
- Technical understanding/knowledge.
- Experience from a similar position.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Accommodating, proactive and good at being a part of a dynamic team, where the tone is informal, but the tempo is high.
- Detail-oriented.
- Manage busy days where deadlines are a natural part of the job. However, you should be able to handle the heavy workload without letting it affect the quality of your work.
