Diamond Carwash ApS prides itself on being a leader in the meticulous and gentle washing of vehicles, with a specialized focus on vintage cars. We combine traditional and tender washing methods to ensure every vehicle, especially those precious classics, are treated with the utmost care and respect.
We are currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team and lead operations at our carwash facility.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the carwash facility
- Supervise, train, and support carwash staff
- Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
- Work towards improving customer satisfaction and maintaining high service levels
- Monitor equipment maintenance, coordinate repairs and updates
- Liaise with suppliers and manage inventory effectively
- Generate reports and present to the director regarding the facility’s performance
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations
- Implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and reduce operational costs
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in an operational management role, preferably within a carwash environment
- Specific experience with the washing of specialty and vintage vehicles
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Proficient in using computer software for reporting and presenting
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, occasionally high-pressure environment
- Knowledge of the operational machinery used in the carwashing process
- A commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and safety
