We are looking for a new Ticketing Manager for our office in Ishøj Denmark.
Özmeram Rejser is a family owned company and has existed for +30 years and has specialised in travels to Turkey. Our clients mainly travel to destinations such as Antalya, Istanbul, Izmir, Konya and Kayseri.
We are looking for a young and energetic person to join our team locally here, to support with our daily operations.
Daily tasks will consist of, sales via phone and from our office, servicing customers, replying to phone calls and e-mails related to various sales activities, supporting with sales via our new platform and various ad hoc tasks.
We expect you to be flexiable and service minded especially around customer service. We are a small team, but work in a very hectic invironment especially around seasonal sales from March - September. We offer flexiable hours and Weekly work is planned to be 37 hours.
We expect you to be fluent in Danish, English, and Turkish. We are looking for a candidate who is thorough and precise, data diciplined, structured, takes full ownership of all tasks and ensures end-to-end delivery on commitments. The perfect canididate has good knowledge of varius office tools and a fast learner with new systems.
