As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in executing digital marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products or services. Your mission is to maintain and further develop our digital campaigns across strategic channels to optimize our inbound lead generation as well as growing our brand awareness. You will monitor and analyze the performance and reach as you establish the objective and set the tactics of our SEO/SEM and manage the performance to drive conversion with lead generating focus. Your primary tasks will be to:

Analyze and report on campaign performance and its KPIs
-
Plan and execute on paid and organic campaigns in all relevant digital channels, do A/B tests

Track and optimize campaigns on a continuous basis together with our Marketing Manager

Help building workflows for lead generation

Drive ABM Campaigns
-
Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, target audience preferences, and opportunities for campaign optimization.

Coordinate webinars
We are looking for someone with proven work experience as a Performance Marketing Specialist or in a similar role, ideally within the B2B/SaaS industry. You should possess a solid understanding of digital marketing principles and channels, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with keen attention to detail, are essential for this role.
Additionally, your CV comprises:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or another related field

Fluent English, both writing and verbal

Marketing Automation experience (Hubspot)

SEO experience
-
Paid Campaigns -LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta

ABM Experience

CMS - Wordpress preferably (Create landing pages etc)

Google Analytics

Google Tag manager
